Home Remedies provides moisture management, property restoration, waterproofing, crawl space and environmental services in Washington, DC • Maryland • Northern Virginia. Services are performed only under a written scope of work agreed with the property owner or their authorized representative.

Submitting the request form starts a conversation — it does not create a binding agreement, guarantee availability, or lock in a price or appointment time. Requested dates and arrival windows are preferences; we confirm the actual appointment directly with you.

• Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Concealed damage found after demolition or drying may change the scope and price, and any change is documented before the additional work proceeds.
• Insurance documentation we prepare reports our findings and work. Coverage decisions are made solely by your carrier; we do not guarantee any claim outcome.
• Payment terms are set out in your written estimate or service agreement.

Home Remedies Lead Notifications | Internal Alerts Only. Home Remedies Real Estate Consultants, LLC, publicly known as Home Remedies, administers recurring automated alerts only to the business owner's designated mobile number when clients submit inspection or project requests through the company website. Alerts may include client contact details, property and service information, and a request reference. Full requests and uploaded photos are available through private staff-admin access. This program does not send marketing or automated texts to clients.

Owner consent is documented through a signed and dated paper Owner SMS Authorization with separate internal-alert consent and Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions acknowledgments. Paper authorizations and withdrawal records are retained privately as proof of consent, not publicly hosted. Signing does not itself activate texts or establish carrier approval.

Submitting a client request, providing a phone number or choosing a contact preference does not enroll a client in this owner-only program. Automated customer appointment and project texts are outside its scope.

This owner-only program is not yet active. Recurring alerts will begin only after campaign approval and verification of enrollment confirmation and STOP/HELP responses.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The owner's mobile number and consent record are used to administer these alerts. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any service-provider sharing is limited to vendors required to deliver or administer the requested messages, never for marketing. Full privacy details are in our Privacy Policy.

• Only submit photos and documents you have the right to share with us.

This website is not an emergency service. For active water loss, structural danger, gas odor, sewage or electrical hazards, stop and call 202-680-0026 — and call 911 or your utility first if anyone is in danger.
