Insurance Documentation
A water loss becomes a paperwork problem the moment the water stops. We document the work as it happens so the property owner has one organized, verifiable file.

What the file contains
- Organized inspection reports describing observed conditions
- Moisture readings recorded by material and location
- Moisture maps or affected-area sketches
- Laboratory result summaries when sampling was performed and results are available
- Photo documentation in Before / During / Finished format
- Written scopes of work
- Daily or milestone progress documentation
- Invoices and completion reports
Why it matters
Documentation is not paperwork for its own sake. Readings taken before drying started are the only proof that drying worked. Photos taken before demolition are the only record of what was there. When a file is complete, conversations with adjusters, boards, lenders and property managers become factual rather than adversarial.
How we work with your claim
- We document conditions from the first visit, before work begins
- We provide our written scope and supporting evidence to you
- We share documentation with your insurance representative at your direction
- We record scope changes and the conditions that prompted them
- We deliver a completion package at the end of the project
Need the loss documented properly?
Request an inspection and we'll start the file with existing conditions, readings and photographs.
Active water loss or urgent intrusion? Call rather than submit a form so we can triage it directly.
