Property Support Services

General Contracting

Planned improvements and repairs, organized from scope through closeout.

General Contracting supports planned improvements, remodeling and repairs as well as coordinated building work connected to an existing property need. Unlike Property Restoration & Reconstruction, which focuses on putting affected areas back after water, fire or environmental work, this service can begin with a planned improvement. The agreed scope sets the sequence, work-area protection, responsibilities and closeout before work starts.

Planned improvements and remodeling

Projects begin with the owner’s intended outcome and the existing conditions. The written scope organizes the requested improvement into practical phases so decisions, access and finish expectations are clear before work begins.

  • Interior improvements and remodeling within the agreed scope
  • Repair and replacement of selected building finishes
  • Coordination of related building-work activities
  • Review of access, occupancy and work-area constraints

Repairs and corrective work

Repair work is defined around the observed condition and the result the owner needs. If moisture, structural, mechanical or other specialty conditions affect the planned work, those dependencies are identified before finishes are closed in.

Written scope and sequencing

A clear scope establishes what is included, how the work is expected to proceed and which decisions or related trades must be coordinated. Changes are documented rather than folded into the project without a shared record.

Work-area protection and closeout

Protection, access and cleanup are planned for the property conditions. At completion, the agreed work is reviewed, remaining items are identified and the project is closed out against the written scope.
