Property Restoration
Property Restoration & Reconstruction
From selective demolition through rebuild and finishes.
Drying and remediation often remove material: wet drywall, swollen flooring, contaminated insulation, damaged trim. Once the moisture source is corrected and the affected assemblies are verified dry and clean, those areas have to be put back. Property Restoration & Reconstruction is the rebuild side of that sequence — scoped, documented and scheduled so new finishes are never installed over unresolved conditions.

Selective demolition and preparation
Removal is controlled and limited to what the documented scope requires. Cut lines are kept clean, removed material is recorded, and the remaining substrates are checked and prepared before anything new is installed.
- Controlled removal only where the documented scope requires it
- Clean cut lines and contained debris handling
- Record of what was removed and why
- Preparation of sound substrates before rebuild
Framing, drywall and carpentry
Structural and finish carpentry within the agreed scope: framing repairs, insulation where applicable, drywall and ceiling restoration, and trim, door and detail carpentry to return the area to service.
- Framing repairs within the documented scope
- Insulation replacement where applicable
- Drywall and ceiling installation, tape and finish
- Trim, doors and finish carpentry
Flooring and interior finishes
Subfloor and flooring repair or replacement, base and trim, priming, painting and finish work appropriate to the documented scope, sequenced so finishes go in last.
- Subfloor evaluation and repair where required
- Flooring repair or replacement per scope
- Base, casing and trim reinstallation
- Prime, paint and finish work
Restoration after water, mold or fire work
Reconstruction starts after source correction, drying and remediation milestones are met — not before. That sequencing is the point: finishes installed over wet or unresolved assemblies fail, and the failure is documented on our side as a condition that must be closed first.
Project documentation and closeout
Before, progress and completion photographs, change documentation as scope evolves, and a final scope record are organized into one package for the property owner and, when applicable, their insurance representative.
