Home Remedies Real Estate Consultants, LLC, publicly known as Home Remedies (“Home Remedies,” “we,” “us”), provides moisture management, property restoration, waterproofing and environmental services throughout Washington, DC • Maryland • Northern Virginia. This policy applies to this website and to the phone and email communications we use to schedule and perform that work, and to the owner-only internal SMS alerts described below.

• Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, the service you need, your description of the problem, your preferred contact method, and any preferred inspection date or arrival window you select.
• Photos and documents you choose to share. Images of the affected area, and any reports or insurance documentation you send us. Photos uploaded with an inspection request are checked to confirm they are supported image files, kept in private storage, are not published on this website, and can be viewed only by authorized Home Remedies staff through the password-protected admin page.
• Owner consent records. The business owner's name, designated mobile number, signed and dated paper Owner SMS Authorization, and any withdrawal record, used to administer Home Remedies Lead Notifications.
• Basic usage information. The page you submitted a request from, referring page, general device type, and whether you tapped a click-to-call button. We use this only to understand which pages produce inquiries.
• Spam-prevention data. Separately from your saved request (which keeps the contact details you entered, including your email address), your IP address and email address are converted into a one-way coded form that is used only to limit automated or repeated submissions. Those coded values are not stored alongside your request.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect financial account numbers or Social Security numbers through this website.

• To respond to your inspection request and schedule an appointment.
• To perform, document and follow up on the services you request.
• To provide documentation to you and, at your direction, to your insurance carrier or adjuster.
• To respond and provide service-related updates by phone or email.
• After activation, to send internal inspection/project-request alerts to the business owner's designated mobile number and administer the owner's consent.
• To keep records required for warranty, safety and legal purposes.

Home Remedies Lead Notifications | Internal Alerts Only. Home Remedies Real Estate Consultants, LLC, publicly known as Home Remedies, administers this program for recurring automated alerts only to the business owner's designated mobile number when clients submit inspection or project requests through the company website. Alerts may include client contact details, property and service information, and a request reference. Full requests and uploaded photos are available through private staff-admin access. This program does not send marketing or automated texts to clients.

Owner consent is documented through a signed and dated paper Owner SMS Authorization with separate internal-alert consent and Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions acknowledgments. Signing does not itself activate texts or establish carrier approval.

Submitting a client request, providing a phone number or choosing a contact preference does not enroll a client in this owner-only program. Automated customer appointment and project texts are outside its scope.

This owner-only program is not yet active. Recurring alerts will begin only after campaign approval and verification of enrollment confirmation and STOP/HELP responses.

• Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Message frequency varies with incoming requests.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
• After activation, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The owner's mobile number and consent record are used to administer these alerts. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any service-provider sharing is limited to vendors required to deliver or administer the requested messages, never for marketing.

The program is also subject to our Terms & Conditions.

We share information only as needed to deliver the service you requested:

• Service providers. Messaging, email, scheduling, hosting and database vendors who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Insurance carriers and adjusters — only when you ask us to submit documentation on your claim.
• Subcontractors and licensed trades assigned to your project.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of people or property.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain project records, photos and documentation for as long as needed to support warranty, insurance and legal obligations, then delete or archive them. Information is stored on access-controlled systems, and we limit access to the staff who need it to do the work.

Signed paper Owner SMS Authorizations and withdrawal records are retained privately as proof of consent and to administer the program. Signed copies are not publicly hosted on this website.

• After activation, the owner may reply STOP to cancel internal alerts. Until activation, contact info@homeremediesdmv.com for help or withdrawal of consent. Contact us about your communication preferences using the details below.
• Ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will honor the request unless we are required to keep the record.
• Ask us not to use photos of your property in our project library — we only publish project imagery with permission.

If we update this policy we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your information will be described here.
