Healthy Environment Services™
Occupancy Ready™ Environmental Cleaning
The cleaning step between construction complete and people moving in.
New and renovated spaces look finished long before they are environmentally finished. Fine drywall and silica dust settles in ducts, on ledges, above ceilings and inside cabinetry, and it re-suspends the first time the HVAC system runs. Occupancy Ready™ Environmental Cleaning is the controlled cleaning pass that closes that gap.

What the service includes
- HEPA vacuuming of surfaces, ledges, cavities and finished millwork
- Negative-air machines and HEPA filtration during the cleaning pass
- Fine construction dust removal from horizontal and concealed surfaces
- HVAC and duct cleaning so the system does not redistribute dust
- Detail cleaning of accessible mechanical, electrical and ceiling areas
- A final environmental application when appropriate to the scope
Who this is for
- Homeowners moving into new construction or a finished renovation
- Builders delivering a unit or home to a client
- Daycare and early-childhood facilities
- Assisted living and senior care communities
- Schools and educational buildings
- Medical and dental offices
- Multifamily turnovers and commercial build-outs
